ONGOING FINANCIAL PLANNING

Below is an outline of the way we work with clients to provide a tailored experience and provide the best advice possible.

First-year, we meet five times and then quarterly moving forward. We are available throughout the year as things come up. Together, we co-create strategies to manage your financial life. We actively monitor your progress and make changes as life events occur.

With our sincerity to help others, we will provide a one-page financial plan with action items by our third meeting, even if you decide not to become a client. Providing quality advice is at the foundation of our business.

Meeting Structure

THE FIRST 6 MONTHS

DISCOVERY MEETING

We do a deep dive into your current situation, talk about goals and concerns, and learn about your unique needs and objectives. We learn about your history with money and how that's shaped your views today.

SCENARIO PLANNING

We present a high-level, 1-page financial plan and also introduce you to the financial planning software. The software is a collaborative tool that we use together to evaluate the feasibility of your goals.

GETTING ORGANIZED CASHFLOW & VALUES

We review cash flow to get insight into how much your lifestyle costs and make adjustments to savings, if needed. We discuss what's truly important to you in order to have a clear vision of where you're headed.

INVESTMENTS & EQUITY COMPENSATION

The meeting focuses on investments and a strategy for your equity compensation. We will provide detailed recommendations for the portfolio.

ESTATE PLANNING ESSENTIALS & LIFE INSURANCE

The final meeting in our initial series focuses on proper account titling to match wishes, and Life insurance needs and efficient wealth transfer.

ANNUAL REVIEW MEETING

•  Cash flow & savings review

•  Review prior year taxes & W-4 withholding

•  Estate plan review/check-in (beneficiaries, will, and other documents.)

•  Charitable giving strategy

ONGOING REVIEW MEETINGS

  • Check-in on goal progress

  • Student loans/education funding

  • Employee benefits/open enrollment

  • Insurance review (life, disability, etc.)

  • Rebalance investment accounts

  • Equity comp review

  • End-of-year tax planning review

  • Tax Loss Harvesting

ONGOING FINANCIAL PLANNING COST

Our Flat Comprehensive Planning fees start at $6,000 per individual and $7,500 per couple.

Our fee includes Investment Management and can vary with situational complexity.

We believe in fee transparency and providing advice at a reasonable price.

If a comprehensive financial plan is not the best fit at the moment, create your investment foundation with clear principles and objectives. Investment advice includes guidance on all types of accounts, as fiduciaries we can advise on retirement plans and accounts held away.
